How to get a useful reply.
Three things make a message much faster to answer:
- Which tool you were using — the viewer, the editor, or the remover.
- What you expected to happen and what actually did.
- Anything odd about the file — password-protected, signed, or produced by unusual software.
One honest note
We can't see your file — and that's the point.
The tools process everything in your browser, so if something looks wrong, we can't open the document to inspect it. That's the privacy trade this site is built on, and we won't break it by adding a support upload. What we can do is talk you through what the file reports, or ask for the relevant snippet.
If you've found a genuine error in the tools, that's the most valuable message we receive. Thanks in advance.
